Mountain Home Education Foundation Staff
Mollie Morgan, Executive Director

Mollie Morgan is proud to serve as the Executive Director of the Mountain Home Education Foundation — a role that feels a lot like coming home.
Mollie is a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of Central Arkansas. She and her husband, Roger Morgan, a local attorney and 1978 graduate of Mountain Home Public Schools, have raised their family in Mountain Home. Their three children — Marci Jeter (2005), Emily Floyd (2008), and Robert Morgan (2012) — are all proud graduates of Mountain Home High School.
Mollie has spent her career in education and community service. She was honored as the ALE Teacher of the Year in 2017 by the Arkansas Association of Alternative Educators and served as Director of Development at Arkansas State University-Mountain Home from 2019 to 2024, where she helped establish the Coulter Celebration of Lights.
Mollie served as Executive Director from 2006-2018, a time when the Promise Scholarship was created and the Foundation saw tremendous growth.
Outside of her professional roles, Mollie has invested countless hours in service, serving 12 years on the Board of Trustees for Ouachita Baptist University and contributing to the Arkansas Volunteer Advisory Committee. She’s also been honored multiple times with the Mountain Home Chamber Volunteer Award — a reflection of her love for this community.
Mollie returned to lead the MHEF in August 2024, bringing with her a heart for students, a passion for Mountain Home, and a deep belief in the power of education to change lives. She’s excited to continue working alongside the people of this community to create opportunities for the next generation of Bombers.
