The Mountain Home Education Foundation uses its funds for scholarships (traditional and Promise) and teaching grants (innovative classroom projects).  The MHEF uses less than 3% of its funds for operating expenses.  Thank you for helping the MHEF support the graduates and teachers of the Mountain Home Public School District.

Traditional scholarships allow students to use awarded funds to any post-secondary educational institution for tuition, fees, books, and university housing.

Promise Scholarship funds allow a students to attend Arkansas State University, Mountain Home, tuition free.  Students are responsible for fees and books.  The MHEF is the last payer after all other student funding has been applied to the student account.

Teaching grants allow teachers and administrators to create teaching projects not covered by the school budget.    Teachers can apply their experience and knowledge to use supplies and materials in innovative ways to create new project- based learning programs for groups of students or individual learners.
